It's a thing...

I am probably the most skeptical person when it comes to supplements. I’ve tried so many over the years and honestly… most of them felt like a waste of money or just hype.
But I have to say—this combo has completely surprised me.
I’ve been consistently using Thorne protein and creatine, and within a few weeks I started noticing real changes. Not just how I feel, but how I look. My shoulders especially are looking more defined, and I feel stronger in my workouts without feeling jittery or weird like some products can make you feel.
What really stands out to me is how clean and simple it is. No bloating, no heavy feeling, no unnecessary extras—just something that actually supports what I’m already doing.
I also love that it fits easily into my routine. I take my creatine with my morning coffee (super easy habit), and I’ve been doing a protein shake after workouts which has helped a lot with recovery and keeping me on track nutritionally.
I’m currently in a calorie deficit getting ready for a trip, and this has honestly made it feel doable without feeling depleted.
If you’re someone like me who is hesitant about supplements, I’d say this is the first time I’ve actually felt like something made a noticeable difference.

I didn’t know I could truly love a protein powder…

The flavor and consistency are unmatched and it was actually easy to digest which is something I’ve never experienced, and is crazy for me bc I have serious issues with whey causing bloating and had actually given up on it completely. 100/10 would recommend JUST bc it’s delicious, the fact that it’s such high quality at a reasonable price is just the cherry on top.
I ordered the vanilla to try first and just mixed with cold water using a frother/whisk thing just to get a gauge of taste and consistency and I would actually drink it that way, which I never ever imagined doing with protein lol- later I added it to a smoothie and it was also delicious, almost could not taste it over blueberries but the subtle and delicious vanilla flavor was there.

Sublingual works well for melatonin!

Sublingual seems to be the way to go with melatonin. It works well for me. It’s great this company offers a variety of doses. I was doing 10mg but I learned it might not good to stay on that high a dose for an extended period of time. So I switched to 5mg and it still works well.
