- Looking for the best/most badass ECU tuning available for your Xpedition? AA's performance tunes are now available to gain horsepower and torque. Through our advanced ECU tuning we are able to modify parameters correctly to gain you the power needed. We are highly experienced in tuning UTVs and this will show.
- The 2024 Xpedition uses a new Bosch MG1 ECU. Currently no programmers like the PV3 are available and no ETA, so sending your ECU in for a bench flash is the only way to get a great tune.
- Big horsepower gains depending on the level of tune/modifications (see tune descriptions below for more details)
- Much quicker throttle response and power delivery giving a whole new feel to the vehicle
- Throttle by wire limiters disabled
- Fan on/off at 186/185 degrees Fahrenheit (Stock is 201/200) which is just above the thermostat opening temp.
- Speed limiter removed in low and high gears (Stock speed limit in high is 68 MPH and 27 MPH in low for crew models)
- More throttle % in low gear and reverse (Stock limits your throttle for torque limitation)
- Rev limit at a safe 9200 RPM (stock is 8500). Ideal peak RPM @ 55 MPH is 8200-8500 with the flash, but 9200 is for ramp up overshoot/top speed.
- AA's wicked timing curve is safe for the fuel used, but we do a much better job of finding timing limits for ramp up/more torque. Many others simply focus on wide open throttle timing/fueling.
- AA's modified fuel curve will still get decent mileage cruising, but is corrected over the factory lean AFR when needed most on higher throttle inputs.
- Level 1 Tune: This tune can be run on a bone stock Xpedition on 91-93 octane fuel. This tune adds +3-4 RWHP (5-6 crank HP) putting you at roughly 120 crank horsepower with just a flash! Add S3 clutching and you are a huge 8-9 RWHP above OEM! This tune can be run with an aftermarket exhaust without any issue, but our Level 2 tune is the best option for aftermarket exhaust as it's slightly richer for more power and less heat.
- Level 2 Tune **Coming Soon**: This tune is developed for an Xpedition with aftermarket exhaust on 91-93 octane. This tune adds +6-7 RWHP peak and a massive +8-9 RWHP at 30 MPH (This is gaining roughly +10-11 crank horsepower) putting you at roughly 125 crank horsepower with just a flash and exhaust! Due to how these motors/tuning works, this tune should work with about any aftermarket exhaust, but was tested and designed with our AA slip-on exhaust.

- Programming turnaround will vary, but is normally 1-2 business days.
- Express ECU service for US main 48 states only. We'll send you a Next Day Air UPS label, and ship your ECU ONLY back via Next Day. All other parts will be shipped ground unless otherwise specified/selected during order checkout. Keep in mind we cannot guarantee same day programming/unlocking or control UPS shipping times/delays. We will do everything possible to turn the ECU around as fast as possible.
- When the ECU arrives we'll read your stock file and keep a file folder for your stock/tune files. We'll then flash with the correct AA tune.
- If you ever need to go back to the OEM tune we charge $95 which includes shipping back to you (shipping back for lower 48 US only). Please contact us if you need to go back to your OEM tune. (This is only for the AA ECU bench flash)
- MAKE SURE you insure your ECU for $700. AA is not responsible for shipping delays or lost ECUs. While more expensive over Priority Mail or FedEx, UPS has been the most reliable carrier in our experience.
- Why AA tunes over others? We have been tuning UTV's with CVT clutches for a long time, longer than almost anyone in our field going back to the 800 RZR. Tuning a CVT vehicle properly is not an easy task as you have so many variables at one time. We spend the time to wheel dyno(with actual UTV tires) correctly per modification, and have advanced ECU calibration and clutching knowledge to do so. Every change in horsepower can result in us changing clutching several times. We also develop most of our supporting mods so we know everything works correctly, and build parts to fit the vehicles needs. Lastly and honestly the most important; we then back up our results with real world data logging on local trails and our facility on 110 acres. It's this combination that truly makes the difference and why AA normally has a faster vehicle with the same or less rated tune horsepower.
- We left nothing on the table on the Xpedition bolt-on parts, if others claim more power/gains for the same mods use caution in believing it!

- Stage 3 Clutch Kit includes: Setup/Installation sheet, AA Recoil magnetic adjustable clutch weights, primary spring, primary limiter washer, secondary spring and AA helix. The initial setup guideline shows the best setups for dunes, mud, or all around trail riding. This also has brief instructions on installing your clutch kit among other important information.
- The biggest problem with the Xpedition clutching is they do not have enough belt grip, they gain RPM too quickly and yet peak RPM is not achieved quickly. Our kit helps combat this with a stiffer secondary spring over factory for even better belt grip and the right primary weight/spring to get proper RPM at the right time. Our S3 clutch kit includes primary weights, spring, primary limiter, secondary spring and helix. The helix adds more aggressive shift to the secondary clutch which gives you big acceleration gains and feels more like your throttle is locked to the rear wheels. The Performance helix is the most acceleration gain, while the High Load is a little more than stock, but less aggressive for excessively heavy/large tires, crawling, or mud riding.
- Our "Cruiser" option is for those looking for less cruising RPM and less noise. The Xpedition has a higher running RPM from the factory. The cruiser option loads the primary clutch weights heavier with our slug magnets. These magnets are like 5 magnets in one large slug, whereas our standard magnets are only able to fit 3 in each hole. This allows us to run more weight in the arms without having to purchase a completely different weight kit. This kit option drops peak RPM down to roughly 7400-7700 RPM instead of 8300 like factory. This does lose a bit of horsepower, but if that's not your concern, this add-on option works extremely well. This setup also has even smoother engagement, crawls very well, and still has plenty of acceleration. Think more of a cross between a Ranger and RZR as far as acceleration and feel. The best part is you are not stuck with this option. You can simply revert back to our standard clutch setups whenever wanting more performance. Switching the weights takes 15-30 minutes for most and gives you a chance to clean up/inspect your clutches.
- High Load Helix 1062: Slightly less aggressive than the performance helix with good acceleration gains/power transfer over the OEM helix. Designed to work better for heavier vehicles, heavier tires, overly aggressive tread, heavy sand load or crawling type riding in mind. Works on 2 & 4 door models with 30-35" heavier/aggressive tread tires over 44lbs each or 30-33" paddles. Works well for this tire size on 2 and 5 seat models.
- Performance Helix 1065: Aggressive helix with acceleration/higher horsepower/aggressive fast pace drivers in mind. Works best with a tuned vehicle. Works well with 30-33" lighter tires that are under 44lbs each and on 2 or 5 seat models.
- The only special tool needed with our clutch kit is our Compression Tool #1
- We highly recommend our clutch puller to pull the primary clutch when installing the weights, as the clutch is tucked into the machine.

Versatile organizer for men or women

This is a just drawer organizer tray or nightstand organizer that is very handsome with wood grain and metal the two bars are magnetic and you can move them around to suit the size of the items that you're placing in the organizer. I think it's a very versatile item that can use by either men or women and it's a decent size and it can fit small pieces of jewelry your phone a few other items if you were organizing your nightstand before bed certainly can go into a desk drawer or a nightstand drawer to suit your lifestyle. I think it was a good value for the money because it is yet another item that can help us be more organized in this busy world.

Effective and functional air purifying

This Amazon Basics model AC2224A Air Purifier is a really capable machine with a somewhat unique filter. I ordered it when it was on special and decided to give some detail on the features to help folks who might be new to air purifiers. The filter weighs in at just over 1lb. That's actually pretty heavy for the size. The filter does the standard 3 things people expect, pre-screen, hepa, active carbon adsorption, but it's a little unique in how it is configured. The pre-screen is straight forward and permanently attached to the outside. It should catch big stuff like pet hair to help stretch out the more expensive layers. Most other filters run a single layer of hepa then separately on the inside run a layer of activated carbon - either as mesh or pellets. Here the filter stitches the hepa and the active carbon together. The active carbon is actually small chunks about the size of sugar crystals layered inside. (yes, I found the end and cut off a pieces to check it out). That actually is a very thoughful way to do it. Activated carbon is structurally changed in the factory to increase its surface area. It's a process you can't replicate at home. The activation allows it to adsorb molecules that cause odor and VOCs. I've given you an illuminated photo of the inside of the filter so that if you can zoom in you'll see the random strands which the hepa standards require. Random strands improve filtering and add strength for the filter. The risk with running a layered filter like this is that if it's constructed poorly it will block airflow. I can check those aspects and on high speed the machine pulls under 30watts and puts out just shy of a 9mph air flow. That's good work. Air flow does create air noise which I measured at 65db directly on top of the machine. It drops another 10db a foot away. On the sleep mode I get 42db on top and that actually drops below the 30db I can measure once you're a foot away from the machine. So, it's capable of power and of being quiet. The last thing is the automation. There is an air sensor on the back by where the cord plugs in that measures the PM2.5 levels. I know what mine are (I have multiple purifiers and sensors), so it doesn't surprise me in the least that on auto the machine drops down to the lowest level. You can also turn on a light that then adds a color to indicate the air purity. I use either essential oil or incense to test the sensor. This was very responsive and noted the essential oil mist I was diffusing right away. It turned the light red and sped to its highest level. Once it had cleaned up the issue it slowed back down and returned to its peaceful green color. It gives solid performance that is in no way basic. Plus, there's the added advantage that you're familiar with the company behind it.

Fresh Air, Quiet Performance, and Easy Setup

Good air purifier - make sure you actually unwrap the filter lol

I'm an idiot and didn't realize the filter that comes already inside it was in there wrapped in plastic for some reason that surpasses my understanding (the whole unit was already wrapped in plastic, why is the filter, which is inside the plastic-wrapped unit, also wrapped in its own separate plastic?? As if we need more plastic in the world...). Anyway, I didn't look inside cuz I thought the filter would just be installed in there and I plugged it in and cheerfully ran it for months til it told me it was time for replace the filter then bought a second filter and went tk take my old one out only to realize I hadn't been filtering anything all that time 😅 oops. Lol. So yeah, make sure you unwrap the filter. Otherwise it's a good little air purifier. Now that the filter is actually installed right, I notice it kicks up higher when we cook or do anything that would lower air quality, so it does seem to be detecting that properly! My allergies do seem better overall. It's pretty quiet when it's on low, but does get loud when it kicks up. I'm OK with that since it pretty much only happens when we cook or if I just put out a candle or something.
