~ How to place your order
If you are going to order a costume out of the size chart, we are going to put it into the production line immediately. Production time is around 3-4 months, depending on our queue line. Quick production is also available upon request. If you have any specific deadline, please be sure to message us before the placement of the order, so we will be sure to secure your deadline.
You can order a costume according to our size chart or choose the "custom-made" option, where the costume will be completed according to your individual measurements. If you choose the "custom made" option, our manager will send you a measurement request within 1-2 business days after purchase. Please be sure to submit your measurements within the next 7-10 days after you receive the request, as without them we won't be able to proceed with your order.
