1. Please add the couples first names, place and date they met.
2. First Date info.
3. Places they have travelled to (Max 6)
4. What they love to do (List 3 things ideally)
5. Add where they got engaged and marriage date.
6. Add the first line of their first home address and the date they moved in OR the address of where they live now. If First Home address write FH before the address.
7. Please add their childrens names or pet names or both.
8. You can add where they spent their honeymoon.
9. Add one more extra bit of information. (It can be anything you like but no more than 15 words please)
10. The wording in the middle circle will say 25 Years but if you'd like something else instead please let me know.
