The Rebel package comes with a leather speed boot with rolled collar and stitched soles

USA made glass reinforced Probe nylon plates made from 50% recycled nylon, aluminum trucks, 8mm hardened steel axles, Red Atom Pulse wheels 65mm 78A, Abec 7 bearings, and Real rubber Carrera 5/8" speed toe stops.

Fits true to size, recommending ordering your regular size. Skate Size 11.0 = Boot Interior 11 3/8" (*Note, Always add 3/16" larger than you physically measure)

Atom Pulse Outdoor Wheels are an outdoor skater's best friend. The soft, high-rebound urethane reduces the nasty vibration that you get from outdoor surfaces. Atom has also added a cavity on the back of the wheel allowing for amazing flex, providing a smoother ride and an increased life span.
