Vinyl LP pressing. Edward David Anderson returns with his second solo album, Lower Alabama: The Loxley Sessions. The nine-track effort is the most stripped-down and roots-based album to date by Anderson who's also known for his work with the late great midwest rock band Backyard Tire Fire. To capture the songs and sounds he was hearing this time around, he recruited producer Anthony Crawford - former Neil Young and Steve Winwood band mate and current member of Alabama alt-country band, Willie Sugarcapps. Together they'd work at Crawford's Admiral Bean studio in the rural town of Loxley, Alabama, close to the Gulf Coast where Anderson, a Bloomington, Illinois native, spends his winters writing and performing. The resulting collection floats melodiously on rivers of fiddle and clouds of pedal steel, on gentle acoustic guitars and hints of piano, dusted with some ghostly guitar from Will Kimbrough and striking vocal harmony from Crawford's wife, singer Savana Lee. Listen to the opening strains of "Firefly" and be transported to a lonesome highway, the endless fields stretching out ahead.

Defective Item

The door broke off immediately out of the package and the screws are stripped so they can’t be tightened into place. I might superglue it because I don’t want to go through the hassle of returning it and it’s the only way they’d offer even a partial refund for a defective product when I asked.

Perfect jewelry organizer

This jewelry box is excellent and very convenient. It is made of sturdy material, which ensures its durability. It is very useful for storing all kinds of jewelry. It features space for 4 watches, at least 8 necklaces or bracelets, ample room for rings, and—one of the things I liked most—you can store your earrings without worrying about them falling out. Clean, classic jewelry box

This is the perfect size to go on my dresser. I used to have a tall jewelry chest that really just collected a bunch of things that I didn't really need. I wanted to downsize and just keep the pieces that are special to me and those that I wear often. This is a beautiful, simple box with enough storage for what I need. It has a clean, classic look and is built to last. There is a lock on the front, however, I have not used it so I can't speak to that. Overall, a great value and great piece to store jewelry.
