Bikes and accessories may be delivered separately.

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. We will send you tracking details by email within 48 hours of your order being dispatched. Please note that deliveries outside of the UK Mainland may be subject to additional charges.

MISSED DELIVERIES

Please ensure that someone is present at the specified delivery address to receive and sign for your item. If you need to reschedule your delivery, we kindly ask that you notify us or the courier as soon as possible.
