If your bedroom needs to work as hard as it looks good, this solid wood bed with box storage was designed exactly for that. The matte black solid wood frame makes an immediate statement — bold, clean, and deliberately modern — while the natural handwoven cane panels on the headboard and side rail bring in the warmth and texture that stops the look from ever feeling cold. Built with a generously sized box storage base, this cane bed with storage solves one of the most common bedroom problems without making it obvious — because from the outside, all anyone sees is a beautifully designed bed. Available in King and Queen size, it's the rare piece that earns its place in the room twice over.

Key Features:-

  • Matte Black Finish & Cane Panels, High Contrast, Considered Design: The design tension between the matte black solid wood frame and the natural cane panels is what makes this modern solid wood storage bed genuinely hard to scroll past. The rounded headboard top softens the strong black frame, preventing the look from feeling harsh or industrial — while the large cane panel on the side rail adds a layer of organic texture that grounds the whole piece. It's a combination that works effortlessly in Japandi, contemporary, and eclectic interiors alike. Pair with warm linen bedding in terracotta, oat, or sand tones to let the contrast do exactly what it was designed to do.
  • Box Storage Base, Practical Space, Zero Visual Compromise: The box storage bed base is where this design earns its second USP. A full-depth storage cavity sits beneath the mattress platform, accessed cleanly through the base — giving you meaningful bedroom storage without a single drawer handle or external indicator disrupting the frame's clean lines. For urban homes where storage is always at a premium, this is the kind of solution that genuinely changes how a bedroom functions day to day. The solid wood panelled base keeps the storage completely concealed, so the bed looks just as sleek from across the room as it does up close.
  • Solid Wood Construction, Built for the Long Term: Every structural element of this cane panel storage bed — the frame, the legs, the base panels, the headboard border — is crafted from solid wood finished in a rich matte black that resists everyday wear without losing its depth. The construction is built for long-term stability under the added structural demands of a storage base, with reinforced joinery that keeps the frame firm and wobble-free through years of daily use. The matte finish is applied evenly across the entire frame, creating a consistent tone that ties the dark wood and natural cane together into one cohesive piece.
  • King & Queen Size, Same Bold Design, Perfect Proportions: This solid wood bed with storage is available in King size and Queen size, with both sizes carrying identical build quality, full box storage capacity, and the same cane panel detailing proportioned to suit each frame. Compatible with all standard mattress types — memory foam, orthopedic, and spring — without requiring any adapters. The matte black finish pairs naturally with dark, neutral, and earthy bedroom palettes, giving you significant flexibility in how you style the rest of the room around it.

This is just...
Format: Kindle
This comic is just... wow. There just isn't anything bad about it except that the rest of the series is hard to find on Amazon. For now at least...

Solid "Star Wars"-ing.
Format: Paperback
“Star Wars: The Battle of Jakku” is a three-part, 12-issue comic series, comprised of a trio of individual miniseries that form one collective trilogy-of-sorts, and details the war between New Republic/Imperial forces in the weeks and months following the events of “Return of the Jedi.” Writer Alex Segura – who previously penned the underrated "Free Fall" – does a good job of telling a single, satisfying story that ALSO tees up his upcoming relaunch of the mainline “Star Wars” series in May. What also makes “The Battle of Jakku” a pleasure to read – particularly if you’re a diehard “Star Wars” fan - are the various Easter eggs and cross-franchise connections it makes to other entries in the series, including “Battlefront II,” Greg Rucka’s "Shattered Empire," and even Chuck Wendig's “Aftermath” trilogy. Watching this specific era of the “Star Wars” timeline be filled out and expanded within the larger media has been one of the more satisfying and consistently enjoyable aspects of the “Star Wars” property these last 10 years, and Segura – as is his want – does yeoman’s work in effectively putting a final bow on it. All in all, pretty darn good “Star Wars”-ing.

All this talk of Jakku and not a single worthwhile image of it.
Format: Paperback
This was a total disorganized mess that bears no resemblance to Star Wars at all. The art is puerile at best and some characters bear a passing resemblance to Luke and Leia. The dialogue is nonsense and reads nothing like the characters would speak. The plot is a ridiculous compilation of double crosses that make no sense at all. The Imperials don’t act like Imperials and the endless plethora of new characters and planets make for an exhausting and tedious read. Finally, the story doesn’t really mesh with that other ridiculous trilogy of books by Chuck Wendig. Real Star Wars writers were needed like James Luceno or Timothy Zahn. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy. Life is short. Stick to writers with a proven track record and stories that reflect Lucas’ vision not the Disney disorder. Oh for the days when Dark Horse told exciting tales and had great artists. Marvel seems to be just interested in squeezing money out of the name and not creating a meaningful legacy.

Absolute Slop
Format: Paperback
This is likely the worst Star Wars graphic novel/story in the history of the medium. Absolute slop.
