During these early years, he also played live and in the studio with Lou Barlow s Folk Implosion. In 2006 Kill Rock Stars released Wasif s self-titled solo debut, an acoustic psych gem which had a lean, hushed intensity. Around the same time he was enlisted as a touring guitarist and opening act for the Yeah Yeah Yeahs. Wasif then self-released Strange Hexes in March 2008, which was recorded with his band Two Part Beast (Bobb Bruno and Adam Garcia) and will be re-released by Tee Pee Records in 2010. On October 13th Tee Pee will release Imaad Wasif's latest opus, The Voidist, recorded again with the help of Two Part Beast. The album features guests Dale Crover (Melvins) and Greg Burns (Red Sparowes), and was recorded by Chad Bamford (Weezer) with additional recordings by Mathias Schneeberger (The Obsessed, Gutter Twins). Having gained a reputation for his intense live shows while opening for RTX, The Raconteurs, Neko Case, Arthur Lee s Love and Sebadoh, Wasif has plans for an extensive tour in the fall of 2009. Imaad Wasif can also be found playing guitar on Little Shadow from the Yeah Yeah Yeahs latest album It s Blitz!, and Lou Barlow s forthcoming solo album, Goodnight Unknown. His collaboration with Karen O (Yeah Yeah Yeahs), Bradford Cox (Deerhunter), and Little Jack Lawrence (The Raconteurs, Dead Weather) on the score for the Spike Jonze directed film adaptation of Where The Wild Things Are hits theaters in October.Shipping Notes

Great Floating Shelves

I’m really happy with the WOPITUES Floating Shelves. The cube shelf design looks modern and clean, and the black finish adds a nice touch to my bathroom decor. I absolutely love these floating shelves. The design is modern and elegant, perfect for adding both style and organization to a bathroom or any room in the house. I loved this set of 3-piece floating shelves. They arrived well packed and with everything necessary to install them. The installation was quite easy and in a short time I already had them on the wall.
The design is modern and fits with any space. I'm using them to decorate with small plants and some accessories, and they look very pretty. In addition, they feel firm and resistant, they do not seem to be of poor quality.
