The Culinaire® Drop-In Counter Line Bain Marie is designed to hold pre-heated food at the optimum temperature in Gastronorm pans up to 150mm deep (sold separately).
Wet or dry operation (temperature varies greatly when run dry, should not be left unattended for long periods of time).
The Bain Marie comes ready for connection to hot water and waste with all valves supplied and fitted.
The visual aspect of the unit is enhanced by the use of 10mm toughened glass on the gantry.
Options: Radius well.
FEATURES & BENEFITS:
- This display is designed to be installed into a cut-out in a new or existing bench top which allows for simple installation
- Pans are recessed to minimise water condensation on surrounding bench top
- Double skinned air insulated on all sides to minimise heat to external panels
- Robust construction from 304 grade stainless steel with a No.4 finish
- Adjustable digital temperature controller allows food to be held between +65°C to +90°C (food must be heated above 65°C before being placed in bain marie)
- Wet or dry operation (temperature varies greatly when run dry, should not be left unattended for long periods of time)
- Fitted with 10mm thick toughened glass gantry with overhead Quartz IR heat lamps to provide heat and illumination to the product below
- Individual On/Off switches to operate bain marie and overhead gantry heat lamps
- Overhead heat lamps are fully adjustable via a solid-state voltage controller for accurate temperature selection
- Water inlet at opposite end to drain for ease of cleaning
- Ready for connection to hot water inlet and waste, valves supplied loose for onsite connection to services
- Suits gastronorm pans up to 150mm deep (sold separately).

The Epson F170 has been ideal for getting started with sublimation. It's easy to use, prints vibrant and defined colors, and has allowed me to personalize various projects with excellent results. As a beginner, it has given me a lot of confidence to learn and create without complications. I definitely recommend it for anyone starting out in sublimation.

No returns and no support. If it doesn't work properly, too bad.

I was fairly happy with my Epson ET 2800, but was told that I'd get better colors with the F170. So I bit the bullet.
The installation went smoothly and I was printing in short order. It was when I started printing items that had some dark gray that I noticed the problem. It was printing green. I contacted Epson tech support and they answered the phone almost immediately. (And how rare is that??)
The woman I spoke with seemed to be familiar with the problem and advised me to modify the printer preferences and change the color correction from "ICM" to "No color correction". Well, it wasn't printing green anymore. Now the grays were brown. At this point, she ran out of ideas and gave me an email address for the second level of tech support and asked if I'd send a photo of the printed fabrics showing the problem. I did. That was over three weeks ago. I've sent a couple of followup emails, but they're ignoring me.
But the best news was discovering that there are no returns on this product. I didn't think that was a thing with Amazon and I've never had any problems before. So now the 30-day return window is about to elapse and it appears that I'm stuck with an oversized doorstop.
In the photo I'm including with this review, the fabric on the upper-left was printed with my Epson ET 2800. On the upper right, the F170 with ICM color correction. On the bottom, the F170 with no color correction.
