- วิธีใช้ : ทำความสะอาดผิวบริเวณที่ติด และเช็คผิวให้แห้ง ไม่ควรทาครีม หรือแป้งบริเวณหน้าอก จากนั้น นำซิลิโคนวางที่กลางหัวถัน ให้แนบสนิท ไม่ให้มีอากาศอยู่ด้านใน ติดผิวหน้าอกด้วยสูญญากาศ โดยใช้อุณหภูมิความร้อนจากร่างกาย
- การเก็บรักษา : นำแผ่นซิลิโคนล้างผ่านน้ำ หรือสบู่อ่อนด้วยมือ จากนั้นตากในที่ร่มให้แห้งสนิท จัดเก็บในเคสพลาสติกเดิม
- ควรเก็บในอุณหภูมิห้อง และหลีกเลี่ยงความร้อนและแสดงอาทิตย์
- คำเตือน : ผิวแพ้ง่ายควรทดสอบก่อนใช้ ถ้าแพ้ให้หยุดใช้ทันที
