Although part of a worldwide Christian spirituality, Pentecostals and Charismatics in the UK are rooted in British religiosity dating back to at least the 1920s.However, the emergence of migrant communities from the Caribbean and Africa since the 1950s has tended to attract popular attention and consequentially has come to represent the popular public face of Pentecostals and Charismatics in Britain. Latterly, however, an intellectual base has begun resisting the anti-intellectual reputation that has attached itself to Pentecostalism.
This book draws upon the scholarship of eminent academics and practitioners in the field of Pentecostal and Charismatic studies, who together consider the history of pentecostal and charismatic movements, their relationship with mainline Christian churches and their engagement with the social, economic and political world. Topics covered include: the theological and doctrinal marks in British Pentecostalism, Anglican-Pentecostal relations, and the impact of the Vineyard movement on Charismatic and Pentecostal worship in the UK.
Contributors include: Professor Anne E. Dyer (Mattersey Hall), Professor William K. Kay (Chester University), Professor David Hilborn, (Moorlands College), Dr R. David Muir (University of Roehampton) and Dr Babatunde A. Adedibu (Redeemed Christian Bible College, Nigeria).

Stylish and convenient wristlet, just a small blemish on mine

I really like this bag. It’s a great mix between a purse and a wallet, and I love that you can carry it as a standalone piece without needing a bigger bag.
It’s perfect for going out when you just want something simple and lightweight. There’s enough space to fit your essentials, including your phone, and it keeps everything secure once it’s closed.
One feature I really like is the wristlet strap. Even with it on your wrist, you can still open the bag and grab your phone without having to take it off. That makes it really convenient and easy to access while you’re out.
The color is beautiful, and overall it feels well made like you would expect from this brand.
The only small issue I had was a slight blemish on the front of my bag. It’s not very noticeable to others, but I saw it right away, and it was a little sticky at first. I was able to clean it some, but there are still faint marks left. It’s minor, but something I wouldn’t expect on a bag like this.
Overall, it’s a stylish and practical wristlet that’s great for everyday outings or quick trips.

Very nice quality overall—the material feels soft but still durable, like it’ll hold up well over time. The sleek black design is super versatile and pairs easily with different outfits or bags.
The wristlet strap is a great addition, and the connector feels sturdy and well made. Inside, there are plenty of card slots, and the exterior coin pouch is a nice bonus for quick access.
