Domaine Coustarret is located in the beautiful and lush Béarn region of France, nestled at an altitude of 380m against the Pyrénées mountain range. Besides its delicious and generous food tradition the region is also famous for its Jurançon white wines, both dry and sweet, made with the local white grapes: Gros Manseng and Petit Manseng.

Domaine Coustarret has been passed down for seven generations. Driven by the knowledge of his ancestors and the passion for his profession, winemaker Sébastien strives to highlight the unique typicity of Jurançon grapes. 

Rigor, patience, observation allow the vine to produce the best fruits that will overflow with flavors and rare expressions. The vineyard has been officially certified as organic farming since 2020 and has respected biodynamic practices for 5 years.

Renaissance 2021 is a dry white wine made of Petit Manseng (80%), Courbu and Camaralet grapes. It features aromas of white and exotic fruits, almonds topped with spicy and tangy notes on the finish. This lovely and fruity aromatic complexity, combined with a round and very lively mouth with a salivating finish will go wonderfully with your steamed fish or poultry dishes. A rare wine for frequent occasions!
