It is then gently washed and felted which makes the poncho lovely and soft to the touch. All Baker Welch orders are carefully wrapped in white tissue paper before being placed in recyclable card boxes and posted Royal Mail First Class

Not great
I bought these pillows based on customer reviews. I got them and let them poof out after opening... But they are awful. They're soft but there's nothing to them. Very flat and not supportive. I'm literally buying different pillows tomorrow.
