A World Without Time: The Forgotten Legacy of Godel and EinsteinIt is a widely known but little considered fact that Albert Einstein and Kurt Godel were best friends for the last decade and a half of Einstein's life. It is a widely known but little considered fact that Albert Einstein and Kurt Godel were best friends for the last decade and a half of Einstein's life. The two walked home together from Princeton's Institute for Advanced Study every day; they shared ideas about physics, philosophy, politics, and the lost world of German science in which they had grown up. By 1949, Godel had produced a remarkable proof: In any universe described by the Theory of Relativity, time cannot exist . Einstein endorsed this result-reluctantly, since it decisively overthrew the classical world-view to which he was committed. But he could find no way to refute it, and in the half-century since then, neither has anyone else. Even more remarkable than this stunning discovery, however, was what happened afterward: nothing. Cosmologists and philosophers alike have proceeded with their work as if Godel's proof never existed -one of the greatest scandals of modern intellectual history. A World Without Time is a sweeping, ambitious book, and yet poignant and intimate. It tells the story of two magnificent minds put on the shelf by the scientific fashions of their day, and attempts to rescue from undeserved obscurity the brilliant work they did together.Binding Type: Paperback

Good buy and good replacement for stock
I can’t keep these on my UTV, so it’s good to find a reasonably priced alternative.

Great for the price
Worked great on my Honda rubicon 520, not the tightest fit but very universal I’m sure. The clear window on top of the sleeve over the controls was nice to be able to see your switches and all as well.

Warm Hands for Experienced Snow Machine Riders
Durable, lightweight, comfortable, and warm (my sled has heated handlebars). Gauntlets hold their shape very well. Easy to get hands in and out. Clear screen fogs up on the inside, so you can't see through it. I recommend for experienced riders who know where all of the buttons are. After getting a few good rides with a swithbox gremlin I would be comfortable using them again. Will also need to reposition OFF BUTTON. Gauntlet fabric at handlebars is a little flimsy, so putting hands in and out may accidentally press the button. I might add pieces of foam where gauntlets secure to handlebars to add structure and support. I had no problems on my very first ride, but I didn't test the amount of pressure needed to make it press the button. I've recommended them to others in Facebook Groups. I trust the brand. Had no problem fitting hands and arms in and out with thick coat & gloves in -14°F to +36°F. All-in-all... Worth the money, but would recommend waiting for a sale.
