Warranty & Returns
- Returns & Exchanges: New, unused items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Original packaging must be included.
- Non-Returnable Conditions: Used or damaged items may be denied a refund or exchange. Bare Steel items cannot be returned due to rust. For added protection, upgrade to Cerakote or Hard Chrome.
- Cerakote & Hard Chrome Products: Custom-finished items may be refunded at the value of the bare steel version only. A new finish fee applies for exchanges.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Oversized or freight items may carry additional charges. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and international locations must cover round-trip shipping.
