Give customers what they want when they want it, or the competition will. Time-based companies are offering greater varieties of products and services, at lower costs, and with quicker delivery times than their more pedestrian competitors. Moreover, the authors show that by refocusing their organizations on responsiveness, companies are discovering that long-held assumptions about the behavior of costs and customers are not true: Costs do not increase when lead times are reduced; they decline. Costs do not increase with greater investment in quality; they decrease. Costs do not go up when product variety is increased and response time is decreased; they go down. Weak penholder/only 1 stand position
I got this case for my iPad I use for medical school and it fits great, no issue there. My only complaints about it are that the Apple pencil holder slot doesn't have a great hold, which is fine if your device is mostly stationary, but I worry about losing the pencil in the future when walking around at clinical rotations. They should have put it on the other side of the device where the built-in magnet is so that there was some sort of internal holding force while not making the case any more bulky. The kickstand has a nice hold when locked into place, but there is unfortunately only one angle that it does lock into place, all others it tends to slide sometimes.
