Vinyl LP pressing. 2017 release, Joseph Childress's second album following his 2013 collection of home recorded demos, The Rebirths. The tracks on this self-titled album are borne from his adventures throughout the West: working on a cattle ranch in Wyoming, riding trains and living out of his car. His poignant lyrics about loneliness and the western landscape are right at home with a stronger country sound that defines itself on the record's opening track "My Land." Childress recorded in Portland with veteran Americana musician and producer Mike Coykendall, known for his work with M. Ward, Bright Eyes, Jolie Holland, She & Him and Old Joe Clarks. He began with tracking guitar and vocals solo. Childress's romantic despair and cautious optimism are a snapshot of a modern journeyman, a man who is confronting the myths of the West while attempting to create his own. Coykendall's production, with the mixing assistance of Chris Arnold (The American Opry) and mastering by Weasel Walter (The Flying Luttenbachers), clears a spot among the rafters of an old barn deep in the Oregon night, allowing witness to Childress and his band playing for no one but themselves.

Love that it drains into the sink!

Loving it so far! I put water in it to show how it drains into the sink. But when the water that comes off of the scrub brushes and sponges from regular usage, it does drain like it’s supposed too. There is some water that sits there but for the most part, it does drain into the sink. The little bit of water that sits there, ends up evaporating. It fits the 26 fl. Oz. Of dish soap, which is great! It holds the sponges in place. Helps to keep things around the sink clean. I had another storage container that held my stuff in but it didn’t drain into the sink so mold would form and I would have to throw stuff away. I like the fact this one has a drain, so that water doesn’t stand on the bottom and create mold after awhile. It’s easy to assemble. The quality is great! It’s easy to clean!// 8/23/25 love it so much, I bought a 2nd one for the other side of my sink! It’s also easy to clean as well.

Great sink caddy!

This sink organizer is simple yet allows variable ways to accommodate storage. It has plenty of space to store a large bottle of dish soap in addition to sponges, brushes, and scrub pads. I choose the white design which complements my white cabinets perfectly!
