Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar is classic American apple cider vinegar from Bragg – one of the most recognisable vinegar producers in the USA. Made from certified organic apples, 5% acidity.
The unfiltered and unpasteurised version retains the natural ‘Mother of Vinegar’ – a cloudy sediment composed of chain enzymes and linked protein molecules, which forms naturally during fermentation. This is the hallmark of ‘raw’ apple cider vinegar – minimally processed, with a sediment that should be stirred before use.

Uses
Vinegar for salads (vinaigrette dressing, caprese salad, rocket with Parmesan), marinades for meat and vegetables, sauces, white cabbage salads, home-made preserves (pickled gherkins, marinated vegetables). It also works well as a base for refreshing homemade drinks – with water, honey and ginger.
Directions for use
Shake before use – the natural sediment is the ‘mother of vinegar’, which disperses when shaken. For a dressing: 1 part vinegar to 3 parts extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, mustard (optional). For a marinade: one tablespoon per 250 ml of brine. For a drink: dilute 15 ml of vinegar in a glass of water, add a teaspoon of honey and a slice of ginger. Store in a cool, dark place.
