The Human BAFF/CD257 (B-Cell Activating Factor) ELISA immunoassay kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human BAFF/CD257. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human BAFF/CD257 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human BAFF/CD257, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Human BAFF/CD257. You can calculate the concentration of Human BAFF/CD257 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

Meh....

Milktoast stats--right down the [lower] middle of the line. 1ms reponse time, mediocre 100Hz max refresh, and NO FreeSync support. Hardly expensive, it still is quite a bit more than other monitors with MUCH better specs, but less brand name recognition. I think the only reason it is so expensive is the white treatment. The VESA mount in the back did not fit my VESA plate. One side of the plate sat up on a small ridge of plastic. Not a showstopper, but hardly ideal--or necessary. The bezel (or rather, the DEAD PANEL SPACE between the bezel and the displayable area of the panel) is HUGE. Like 1/4" on the sides, and 1/8" on the top/bottom. If you're going to make a thin bezel, then make an edge to edge display. Otherwise, just give me a frame so that my image displays edge to edge. To me, it looks like the old CRT monitors from the 90s... YECK!
