By pairing a video footage with the same rear facing radar that has been keeping riders safe for years, the RCT715 is like eyes in the back of your helmet. Much like a dashcam, the RCT715 can detect if an incident has occurred. Video is saved before, during and after the incident, even if you have the camera recording turned off. Each video is stamped with the date, time, location, and speed of the incident, giving you a little video evidence, just in case. Through the connection to your Edge or phone, the Varia radar adds an approaching car display on the screen. Great for long rides on quiet roads where you might need the RCT715 to snap you back to the reality of an approaching vehicle. The powerful LED makes sure that drivers are aware of you. When riding busy streets, the radar will tell you what you already know – you’re surrounded by cars, but you can still use it as a standalone bike light. Complete control is at your fingertips with the free phone app, or you compatible bike computer.

- 4 lighting modes: steady 20 lumens (4h), peloton 8 lumens (5h), night flash 29 lumens (4h), and day flash 65 lumens (6h) – with 1080p recording

Horribly ‘weird’ sweet flavor

Horrible taste - synthetic sweetness than destroys my shakes. I bought Thorne because of its high quality but this is one of their products that won’t work for me. I’m struggling through the jar because it’s too expensive to waste. Using cacao powder, cinnamon & cardamom to try to tone down the overwhelming ‘sweet.’

It's a thing...

I am probably the most skeptical person when it comes to supplements. I’ve tried so many over the years and honestly… most of them felt like a waste of money or just hype.
But I have to say—this combo has completely surprised me.
I’ve been consistently using Thorne protein and creatine, and within a few weeks I started noticing real changes. Not just how I feel, but how I look. My shoulders especially are looking more defined, and I feel stronger in my workouts without feeling jittery or weird like some products can make you feel.
What really stands out to me is how clean and simple it is. No bloating, no heavy feeling, no unnecessary extras—just something that actually supports what I’m already doing.
I also love that it fits easily into my routine. I take my creatine with my morning coffee (super easy habit), and I’ve been doing a protein shake after workouts which has helped a lot with recovery and keeping me on track nutritionally.
I’m currently in a calorie deficit getting ready for a trip, and this has honestly made it feel doable without feeling depleted.
If you’re someone like me who is hesitant about supplements, I’d say this is the first time I’ve actually felt like something made a noticeable difference.
