The Rosti Hasselback cutter is a fast and efficient tool for making sharp, even grooves in potatoes and other root vegetables. Whether you're preparing classic Hasselback potatoes or experimenting with veggies like parsnips or tomatoes, you'll easily achieve quick and impressive results.
The cutter consists of two parts: a frame with large handles and fixed stainless steel blade-lamellae, plus a lid that fits into the frame. Place the potato on a cutting board, position the cutter over it and press down. The blades slice deep grooves without cutting through. The lid lifts slightly, then on pressing down again the potato is released from the blades. This creates beautifully sharp ridges in seconds—so simple!
Hasselback potatoes are a classic Swedish dish originating from Restaurant Hasselbacken in Stockholm in the mid-1950s. The simple method became popular in Swedish homes, and later spread across Scandinavia, Europe, North America, and Australia.
The technique involves slicing the potato almost all the way through into thin segments that fan out during baking, yielding crispy, chip-like edges and a soft core. Serving options range from a basic butter-and-salt combo to richer variations with cheese, herbs, garlic, breadcrumbs or bacon.

Great ad-on to my kitchen
Color: Gray, Color: Gray
Way better than my old rusty little basket. This one’s sturdy, doesn’t slide around, and actually fits everything like sprays, sponges, brushes. Love the towel bar too. Simple and works great.

Color: Gray
I Love the storage it provides. Now, my dish rag, sponges, drains and dish detergent have their on space, and it makes my sink look neat.

Handy, plenty of space. Diverts excess water to sink. Needs a tweak to keep the cloth hook in place.
Color: Gray
Since it has a metal basket instead of a solid base, it much less messier, which I like. Like that it has a hook for a wash cloth, but that was constantly coming off with the cloth until I used some sticky paddy to help keep it in place. Would probably have returned ii if the time to do a return had been longer. I do like that it has a slope to divert the water into the sink instead of the countertop.

Sink Caddy
Color: Gray
It looks good on back of sink but would be more efficient if it were 1/2 an inch deeper. As it is, it doesn't have enough stability and tends to move about, therefore excess water may not run in sink as front edge doesn't pass over sink edge.
