Ở Hàn Quốc món banchan được ưa dùng trên bàn ăn "đình đám" xếp sau kim chi chắc chắn đó phải là củ cải vàng, ngoài việc ăn kèm trong mâm cơm thì nó còn được dùng phổ biến để làm nguyên liệu cuộn kimbap.

CÁCH LÀM KIMBAP THỊT NƯỚNG & CỦ CẢI VÀNG

Sơ chế nguyên liệu:

+ Rau củ tùy thích như dưa leo, cà rốt bạn rửa sạch rồi cắt dọc kích thước như ngón tay.

+ Củ cải vàng cắt sợi sẵn vớt ra, dùng khăn thấm sạch nước, để riêng.

+ Thịt nướng đã được nêm gia vị và làm chín rồi nên khi sơ chế, bạn chỉ cần áp chảo sơ là có thể dùng để cuộn kimbap ngay, giúp tiết kiệm được rất nhiều thời gian.

+ Cơm ướp với một ít dầu mè và mè rang cho thơm (tùy chọn).

+ Trải mành cuộn ra mặt phẳng, sau đó cho lá rong biển cuộn kimbap lên trên, tiếp theo cho cơm dàn trải đều khắp lá rong biển.

+ Cho thịt nướng, củ cải vàng, cà rốt, dưa leo,..nằm ngang ngay ngắn rồi thực hiện thao tác cuộn kimbap, miết chặt vừa phải tránh rách rong biển.
