The CZ 457 RANGE is a new sport and hunting rimfire rifle based on the CZ 600 RANGE design. This 22 LR model, like its large-calibre brother, is a versatile firearm for high-precision shooting at medium to long distances. It is an ideal choice for static and dynamic target shooting, as well as for hunting small game and varmints.
High accuracy is achieved thanks to its heavy cold hammer forged barrel with MATCH chamber. The muzzle with thread protector comes with standardized threading for easy mounting of accessories.
Its laminated and varnished wood stock makes a significant contribution to both accuracy and comfort. A buttstock with rubber buttpad allows for both comfortable and reliable use in all positions, and provides solid stability when shooting with support. The height of the comb can be adjusted without tools. A Picatinny rail under the toe allows for the mounting of a monopod. The pistol grip with thumb support is designed for right-handed shooters and features laser etched checkering. Sockets in the stock are for mounting QD sling swivels and the two Trigatti pins on the underside of the extended forearm allow for attachment of a sling loop or mounting a bipod.
The top of the steel receiver features an 11mm dovetail. The duralumin bolt handle knob is identical to the one found on the CZ 600 RANGE. The CZ 457 RANGE comes with a 5-round polymer magazine.
