Each hard capsule contains:
Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) root ext. dry conc. 280mg equivalent to Withinia somnifera (Ashwagandha) root dry 5.6g. Withinia somnifera (Ashwagandha) root ext. dry conc. 32mg equivalent to Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) root dry.
Nature's Way Ashwagandha 6000mg is vegan with hard capsules.
Directions:
Adults: Take 1 -2 capsules per day for general health and wellbeing.
Adults: Take 3 capsules per day for symptoms of stress, sleeplessness and mild anxiety.
Contraindications and cautions:
• Store below 25°C.
• Keep out of reach from children.
• Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing.
