In a classic caramel colour, the jacket is made from a blend of cotton and lycra, giving it a perfectly comfortable fit with a small amount of stretch. The double-breasted buttons balance the statement collar that shows an influence from the 1970s revival of the 1940s. Beautifully cut, the jacket created a perfect power hourglass silhouette, iconic to the early 1980s.

This piece is in lovely condition, there is one small mark that is nearly invisible on the righthand sleeve - please see the photo for more details. The jacket is unlined and the perfect layering piece. It may have originally had small shoulder pads long since removed, if so, this does not affect the fit or silhouette of the garment.

Marked as a size Small/S and styled on a modern UK Size 10 mannequin - best fit is for a UK 8-10.

This incredible vintage piece is around 40 years old and should be cared for as such, please follow the care instructions stated on the garments labels: in this case, dry clean only, however, this piece could be hand washed too. For small stains, we recommend spot-cleaning rather the cleaning the entire garment.
