Vinyl LP pressing of this 2009 EP release from the Alt-Rock favorites. This is not some stop-gap release between albums, or mere leftovers from their most recent Microcastle album, but an all new session. The band loves the EP format and thinks it does not get the respect it deserves. Hell, some bands arguably work best in the EP format, think Cocteau Twins or My Bloody Valentine, and now maybe we should add Deerhunter to that list. That's certainly not to say their albums aren't great, but with 2007's Fluorescent Grey EP and this new one, a lucid argument can be made that minute for minute, and hook for hook, their two EP's can't be matched for visceral energy and pop smarts. The warnings on the box say it's dangerous, the product page said it was safe.
Besides being much smaller than expected, this is from the box:
+ It's important to select the proper size & type of chew for your dog's age, weight & chewing strength. - "The Amazon page says it's 'Safe for All Dog Sizes.'"
+ Always supervise the use of all chews & toys - "The Amazon page says 'a safe alternative to edible chews when you can’t be home.'"
+ Product is not intended to be eaten or ingested. If you think your dog swallowed a piece, take the product
away and contact your veterinarian. - "The Amazon page says it 'provides a safer alternative to real sticks. Safe non-toxic. A safe alternative to edible chews when you can’t be home."
I've been disappointed by Amazon purchases before, but this is the first negative review I've written because this thing seems dangerous for dogs. I would report it to Amazon, but I can't figure out how.

It's not for aggressive chewers.
Flavor Name: Peanut Butter, Size: Large
The bone looks solid except for the brown strip wrapped around it. My dog chewed a piece of it off and tried to swallow them. I had to pull two strips of hard plastic out of his mouth. I threw the bone away.

Seemed to be flavorful
This toy started off strong. Could smell the chicken stock. by the next day the bone was destroyed. I am not going to say the product was weak, but my 60 lb. pit is a lot stronger, I guess. The material did not make a mess as far as I know, unless my dog just inhaled all of the tiny pieces

If you have a chewer - This is the bone for you!
I have purchased this bone three times and thought it was about time I wrote a review. My dog is a chewer - No matter how tough the toy claims to be, he rips it apart in minutes. And although he has a few hard bones, he prefers the toys he can damage. I received this bone as a gift and expected it to be another one that would fall into the pile of rarely touched bones. But this is the bone that he grabs almost every day. I honestly don't know what makes this bone different, but he loves it! It holds up to heavy duty chewing no matter how much he chews it. It holds its shape and (apparently) its flavor. Little bits do break off and it shows wear over time, but it is very long lasting. Added bonus - As a dog parent, I love that it has no smell and it never gets wet/sticky/gross.
