STEPHEN ZIMMER comes from four generations of West Texas cattle ranchers. Beginning in 1976 he spent twenty five years as Director of Museums at New Mexico's Philmont Scout Ranch and now lives on his Double Z Bar Ranch outside of Cimarron where he writes about western art and cowboy life. His articles have appeared in "Cowboy Magazine," "Western Horseman," "New Mexico Magazine," and "Wild West" among others. His latest book, "Parker's Colt: A Novel of New Mexico Ranch Life," was also published by Sunstone Press. Sometimes Life-Changing
Format: Paperback
I read this book for a class. Though there's nothing heretical within, I didn't agree with all of the author's viewpoints. Some points made were interesting, but the book wasn't of lasting interest to me. I gave it to my dad when I was done, and the book impacted his life, revealing God's love to him in a way he hadn't understood. He loved it so much he bought the sequel.

Well written

Randy Clark is a pillar in healing ministry. He spent so many years studying this specific area of ministry and the way he wrote this book was backed with research, data, and knowledgeable sources. I was very impressed by the way he put together this book and shared stories and testimonies of his experience with faith and healing. Highly recommend!

Personal experience welded together with history and logic.

I heard Randy Clark's name come up on a YouTube video of Bill Johnson's teaching. When I saw that this book was available on the Christian Author's Network on Facebook, I had to have a copy. I love the way Mr. Clark boldly lays out the different beliefs among people groups concerning healing. The way that he pulls together the questions all of us think concerning why some people are healed and others are not is so enlightening. His honesty and sincerity make the reading so easy to jump into. He does not condemn anyone for their beliefs, and is quick to lay out his own questions and answers as well as his own unanswered questions about healing. And the main attraction of this book to me is that it is all scripturally-based. In my opinion, Mr. Clark welds together the logical scientific train of thought with the undeniable Word of God. This is a great book full of personal experience, history and in-depth study of the scriptures concerning healing and how to receive a personal breakthrough and to be a conduit for the Holy Spirit to flow through for the healing of others. Great, anointed book!
