The all new Predator Exhaust system from Scorpion Exhausts is now available for the MK8.5 Fiesta ST Facelift (Pre Facelift to be confirmed)

Unfortunately, a 3 Cylinder engine with both a Catalyst & and OPF/GPF struggles to make good sound without removing one of the former, which is a breach of emissions law!

Thankfully this system negates the need for that, instead with the removal of the rear silencer to produce the sound required, and thus keeping your car legal from an emissions stand point!

THE MK8.5 SYSTEM IS SUPPLIED WITH A VALVE AND VALVE MOTOR TO FIT THE VEHICLE - MOST OTHER SCORPION DEALERS WILL ONLY SUPPLY A VALVELESS SYSTEM WHICH WILL CAUSE ENGINE LIGHTS - WE DO IT PROPERLY SUPPLYING YOU BOTH WITH A VALVE AND A VALVE MOTOR!

Please check your valve, if you have a 3 bolt valve you need to order the MK8 system, if you have a later single bolt valve (usually seen on September 2020 onwards) you need to order the MK8.5 system

Products from stainless steel and fully retaining the valve motor, this system is now available

Since the early 1970’s Ford have been associated with producing an array of performance cars for the road beginning with the Mk1 Escort RS1600 which paved the way for the iconic models of the mid 80’s including the Escort RS Turbo & Sierra RS Cosworth’s through to the current day ST & RS models all of which benefitted from the development of performance Scorpion exhausts over the years. Success in rallying and touring cars along with Scorpions know how in producing sports exhausts sees true track to road technology transfer across the range.

We are proud to deliver another new development for the Ford Fiesta range. Our leading technicians have developed a 70mm / 2.75" GPF back exhaust system for the Ford Fiesta ST MK8.5 and our precision engineered system is fabricated using CNC Mandrel bent large bore design which permits maximum performance by allowing a greater flow of exhaust gas combined with our premium T304 stainless steel construction. We’re offering this system as either valved - which uses the original motor and can be operated by the driver with the drive mode select button inside the car or as non-valved - which deletes the valve completely for a continuous sportier tone.

Our system once fitted gives the car a measurable reduction in weight when compared to the OE system this is an improvement that cannot be understated when machine meets road weight reduction is a key component of performance and when applicable Scorpion systems are fitted with an acoustically developed silencer to ensure zero drone throughout the rev range. To compliment the Fiesta’s dynamic aesthetics, we offer three handpicked styles of our signature Scorpion tailpipes. For this system you can choose from Polished Daytona, Carbon Ascari or Black Ceramic Daytona. These options allow for drivers to professionally tailor their cars aesthetics with unrivalled build quality to maintain peak performance on the roads and in the eyes of onlookers.

Driver’s wanting additional performance with an enhanced soundtrack can look at adding the GPF delete section to their setup. Our technicians have designed the GPF delete to be fully interchangeable with both the OEM and Scorpion GPF-back exhausts. Two variants have been developed, a resonated version that is perfectly suited for pairing with the Scorpion GPF-back and a non-resonated option for partnering with the OEM GPF-back. To further the theme of additional performance we also offer our high flow Fiesta Downpipes these are available as either De-cat or Sports Cat.

For those Fiesta owners wanting to take the final step in Scorpion performance our technicians have developed a Predator system which vastly improves flow over the OEM figures and dramatically increases the engine soundtrack unleashing the unparalleled Scorpion acoustics which aren’t for the faint-of-heart. (For closed circuit use only)

Great new 1920's British Mystery Series
Format: Kindle
This is a 1920’s British mystery along the lines of Agatha Christie’s classic novels. It is the first book in the series and features a mystery writer – Marius Quin. The book begins with Quin having successfully published his first novel, but having problems meeting his publisher’s demand for a second. Depressed when he leaves his publisher’s office, he accidentally meets an old love of his, Bella, a woman he had wanted to marry ten years before but, because he was leaving to fight in WWI, he didn’t propose. It is Bella who invites him to a New Year’s Eve weekend party at Everham Hall, home of a famous film actor. During the weekend, one of their party is killed and so begins the hunt for the murderer, with Marius and Bella investigating. There are plot twists and turns until the denouement when the killer is revealed. I really like both of the main characters (Marius Quin and Bella), and I’m a fan of that time period and of country manor mysteries. I’ve enjoyed Benedict Brown's Lord Edgington novels and find this new series equally appealing.

New Year, new beginnings, new murder
Format: Kindle
Having run through the entire Lord Edgington Investigates series, it felt natural to jump over to this Marius Quin mystery. All in all, it’s not quite as funny as the banter between Lord Edgington and Christopher affords, but it’s still highly readable and offers the same weaving of clues to keep you entertained. What’s in store for you? Put together looming bills, writer’s block, a past lover, a New Year’s Eve party, a dead silent film star, a killer on the loose in a snowbound manor, and 6 perfectly good suspects—except they all seem so innocent if unlikeable (some more than others, one more than most)—which means Marius has his work cut out for him. So do you if you’re an armchair detective. So why 3 stars and not higher? I’m suffering from comparison syndrome. Marius and Bella don’t have a big enough gap between them (other than an historical romantic mishap) for belly-laugh comedic moments like Lord Edgington and grandson Christopher have. That won’t stop me from reading the next installment in the series, though, so I can let Marius and Bella grow on me as the author finds their rhythm.

Grown up version of Chrissy!
Format: Kindle
Marius Quin is a good character for Benedict Brown’s readers. There is a tie-in with Lord Edgington (and Chrissy) and Lord Edgington is referred to or almost mentioned a few times. This takes place in a huge old mansion with some history, that has to do with the murder, so I don’t want to spoil it. Marius does have a dog, but he’s not as involved with the story as Lord Edgington’s Golden Retriever, unless you think of his ability to judge characters.

A quite enjoyable, funny, mystery.
Format: Kindle
I really enjoyed this one, it was funny, great characters, fantastic pacing, solid twist at the end, although one thing was obvious to me but I can't say it because thats a spoiler. But I am really looking forward to the next book.

Good first book in a series.
Format: Paperback
I had read all of the Lord Edgington mysteries and decided to try this series since I believe the author does a very good job. Definitely a different vibe than the other series, but great all the same. I THOUGHT that I had for once solved the mystery before the end but I was only partially right. Definitely recommend; I will be purchasing all the other books in this series.
