Hidden away for decades gathering dust, THE DIARY OF ALLIE R. FISHER is finally printed. Allie Fisher was one of "God's Little Ones" who helped the Gospel Trumpet Company (now Warner Press) in the very beginning. She was a print shop worker, songwriter, and evangelist. She traveled with evangelistic companies as part of the flying ministry to herald the message of the Church of God reformation movement. Her husband, J.C. Fisher, left her for another, but Allie R. stayed faithful to the cause. She was on the wagon with E.E. and N.H. Byrum as they left home to replace her husband at the Gospel Trumpet.

J.C. and Allie R. Fisher were present when the Carson City Resolutions were drafted in Michigan in October, 1881 to unite with the Beaver Dam, Indiana saints, led by D.S. Warner to come out of sectism.

At the close of life, Allie writes this diary, an autobiography of her life, while living at the Old People's Home in Anderson. Her diary brings us up and close to the thrills and disappointments of an early pioneer minister of the Church of God, a wife of a Church of God minister, and a divorcee. How did she make it? Read to find the answer.

This book is dedicated to Dale E. Stutz. Dale gave many faithful years to the Historical Society of the Church of God and this book was the last project that he was excited about before becoming ill and passing.

4 Great Grandson’s loved it
Format: Hardcover
In covering the topic of manners my granddaughter said her boys especially loved this one. The 4 boys are aged 3 to 11 and my granddaughter is trying to civilize them. (Or, in other words, teach them to be gentlemen). Books by Richard Scarry are always a big hit and this one was helpful.

Grandkids love this book!
Format: Hardcover
One of my grandkids favorite books. Our 6 year old granddaughter can even read it herself! Some of the things are old school, but still a cute book.

Love the Polite Elephant
Format: Hardcover
As parents you want your babies to have the best of books and of Everything. Polite Elephant came recommended by Mayim Bialik's vlog on YouTube. I am not for one to buy everything that is mentioned by celebrities in their videos, but this one was really special as it inculcates good practice and habits. I'm hoping our baby loves this book, although he does throughly enjoy looking at the Elephant tip his hat and smile.

Cute story to teach good manners
Format: Hardcover
Good manners are missing from so many children's books these days - the Polite Elephant is exactly what it purports to be. A cute story where an elephant practices politeness and manners. My toddler loves it!
