It just as easy to be overly critical of Palm Beach as it is to be overly fawning. Most books fall into one category or the other. John Ney, an early 1960s transplant to the city, opted for a more nuanced approach. There are anecdotes about the rich and social families for which the resort is well known, but they are cleverly woven into a much more significant story. Why does one settle here? How does Palm Beach fit into a country founded upon the Protestant work ethic in which making money is valued higher than spending it? Cameos by all the boldfaced names one expects: C.Z. Guest, Consuelo Vanderbilt Balsan, Lilly Pulitzer, the Kennedys, et al.

“There may be no such thing as a typical Palm Beach person, but on the other hand, no one here is atypical. The common bond is money, whether earned, unearned, too much, nowhere near enough, tied fast in a trust fund, hopefully waited, grudgingly remitted, belonging to one’s mate, freshly found, or gone with the wind.”

--John Ney

Nice paper with wonderful print quality
Size: 11 In X 14 In
I really like this paper. We print and sell art prints/photography/posters and prefer a matte appearance and this paper works perfectly. It is very white with wonderful color retention and no bleed on the inks that i can see. We use several hundred sheets of this a month in 8 X 10, 11 X 14, A3 size and even have the same Epson paper on rolls for our large format printer. The paper is thick, but not overly so and it's easy to roll to go into a tube to ship, but thick enough to feel substantial. I recommend this for any photographer or digital artist who wants a nice Matte art print, and the price is decent as well

Perfect for making calendars!
Size: 11 In X 14 In
I have used Epson matte papers for printing my images for years (on my Epson R3000), and this configuration was perfect for making my first batch of calendars -- to be given as Christmas presents. I used some of my best images, and the finished product was really something I was proud to gift. At 9 mils thickness, the stock is substantial yet pliable, and when stacked 12 deep makes a great calendar. Image rendition, clarity, color and brightness is superb. I highly recommend this product.

Wonderful Quality!
Size: 11 In X 14 In
I chose this paper for my graphic design portfolio and I wasn't too disappointed. The instructions say you have to wait approx. 15 minutes for the ink to dry so it will not smudge, but in a hurry, I didn't have to worry about it anyways. Only negative I have so far is that you cannot print double sided on this paper. Still, this epson paper is inexpensive and creates wonderful prints if you know how to use the Print Settings correctly.

Brilliant - clear - accurate high quality paper
Size: 11 In X 14 In
I love the 11X14 format. This paper is the best I have come across in years. I like it so much I bought, so far, four boxes. The prints I make with my HP Officejet 7110 wide format printer using the Epson Premium Presentation Paper MATTE are the best my printer has ever made. Colors are rendered perfectly and as clear as a traditional printed photo.
