Stringency is relieved by playfulness of matte and polished surfaces. Nobel is crafted from stainless steel with the handles in lightly brushed finish and complementary mirror-finish on the bowls, blades and tines. This collection is still used at the annual Nobel Prize award ceremonies and banquet in Stockholm.
