The Mouse CYSLTR2 (Cysteinyl Leukotriene Receptor 2) ELISA immunoassay kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse CYSLTR2. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse CYSLTR2 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse CYSLTR2, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Mouse CYSLTR2. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse CYSLTR2 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

These are terrible. They are designed to walk in. The first day I tried them on I walked about 20 steps and they basically ripped right off my feet. Great Results

The Jfrhuds Moisturizing Silicone Socks work very well. I ordered the white 2-pack in the large size 9-13, and each came packaged in an individual zipper bag.  I wear a women's size 9-9.5, and they fit me perfectly.  I can see how they have enough stretch to fit larger sizes easily and comfortably. These socks are a lot thicker and heavier than I expected.  They are rubbery with non-slip treads on the bottom.  As soon as I put them on my feet, they actually felt very moisturizing and almost wet, even though I had not put moisturizer on my feet first.  Plus my feet felt cold at first. It was different than I expected, I had never worn this type of sock before, and it was an interesting sensation. They work great, and I am sold on the benefits of these socks.  I wear them to sleep at night and dodn't walk very far in them.  They seem pretty sturdy, but I don't want to push it and will just use them for their intended purpose.  My feet weren't super dry or cracked, but the socks really helped revive them and make them super soft again.  I love them; they are great for self-care and would also make a wonderful gift.
