- Two 30,000 BTU/hr open burners with lift-off burner heads and shrouded flash tube pilot ignition.
- 24-inch manual griddle with a 3/4-inch thick plate and 4-inch front grease trough.
- 35,000 BTU/hr convection oven with 115V, 1-phase blower motor, three racks, and side-to-side sheet pan loading.
- Fully MIG welded construction with stainless steel front, sides, backriser, and lift-off high shelf.
- 135,000 BTU/hr total input with a rear 3/4-inch gas connection and included pressure regulator.
- Available in natural gas or propane configurations.
