You must provide us with a functioning GameBoy Advance. You can either mail it to us (instructions below), or drop it off at our physical location,
Every Ultimate GameBoy Advance will get a brand new IPS screen, a new shell, new buttons & membranes. Unless stated otherwise, all parts are made by FunnyPlaying, Please note that button & shell colors may vary slightly from what you see on your display. These are aftermarket products and may not feel identical to their genuine counterpart.
Additional Upgrades:
New Speaker: We will replace the speaker in your system with a brand new speaker by FunnyPlaying.
USB-C Battery Upgrade: We will replace the battery & battery cover with a brand new battery & USB-C port back cover. The color of the back cover is clear, as shown in the product image.
Tactile Buttons: We will replace buttons on your system with a tactile kit that replicates a clickier feeling, similar to that of a GameBoy Advance SP.
We aim to finish all services within 5-7 business days of us receiving your items. During busy times for us, you might expect it to take up to 2 weeks for completion. Transit times not included.

In your package, please include a piece of paper with your order number. This should be in your order confirmation email. DO NOT INCLUDE ANY CABLES/ACCESSORIES/ETC. We just need the system/controller.
If you are ordering other services from us, you are welcome to ship them in the same package to us. If you order other items in the same checkout as a repair service, those items will not ship until the service(s) are complete.
Repair Terms & Disclaimers:
We do a basic functionality check before service. If your item doesn't power on or perform its core function, we won't proceed—unless the service is meant to fix that issue.
If we find minor problems, we'll contact you. No reply within 24 hours? We'll move forward with the original service at our discretion.
For any system or controller that we do not proceed with service on, we will issue a full refund minus a $10 bench fee. Please test your items before sending them to avoid this.
After service, we re-test functionality. If anything we touched isn't working, we'll fix it.
All services come with a 100-day warranty on the parts and work we did. Damage, wear, or unrelated issues aren't covered.
