Rolle In Stone is a burst of good cheer with a touch of Rock & Roll and a final note of joie de vivre. A fruity wine made exclusively from Vermentino (Rolle) grapes grown in a terroir of rolled pebbles. Enjoy it with friends during a festive occasion!
An elegant and expressive nose, floral and fruity, evoking acacia blossoms and white peach with a hint of lemon zest. On the palate, it is light, fresh, and pleasant. The peach, this time more yellow, reappears, followed by floral and citrus notes that complement it, finishing with a pleasantly tangy finish.
Enjoy its freshness even on its own as an aperitif, it will also pleasantly accompany shellfish and scallop carpaccio and fish ceviche from the bay.
Samsó (Cinsault), it seems to have originated in Provence, from where it spread to Languedoc and Roussillon. Its bunches of large, round berries with juicy flesh and a bluish-black skin give this single-varietal wine finesse, suppleness, and elegance.
