ABOUT POET:

Steve Shultz read a lot of Hunter S. Thompson in college, which inspired him to declare a major in print journalism. He had some great times as a designer and reporter at some of Colorado's major newspapers, and had some fun times going to free concerts in exchange for reviews. The decline of print journalism led him to pursue a lengthy vacation in the name of finding his "next chapter," and somehow, he ended up as a mailman. Writing has been there all along the way.

Invisible sunscreen and the brightening really helps too. Can be glossy, but if you let it absorb into the skin for 30 mins and the blot some of it off it can help with the glossy ness

Great Sunscreen
Perfect sunscreen and primer. I love how it feels on my skin. It doesn’t clog my pores. Great product.

A greasy mess
SUPER greasy. I have dry skin and it was incredibly greasy for me. It didn’t dry down at all and felt like it sat/slid around on my face. Obviously goes on clear since it’s a chemical sunscreen. Vaseline gel-like texture in your hand and applies like a silicone barrier. That part makes a little sense since I think dimethicone is high on the ingredient list. Unscented and didn’t test under makeup. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone and I don’t think I’d try it again, which is disappointing cause I was hopeful with this one after reading reviews! The glowing reviews versus my experience makes me think folks aren’t applying enough SPF to get adequate sun protection. I’m a skincare girlie so it’s always a half teaspoon for this face.
