This is a lovely lightweight trans-seasonal layering piece. The Stockholm Slipover Vest has been designed to be knitted with two strands of fine yarn held together to make a light as air garment.

If you prefer a v-neck finish rather that this round neck, click here for the Stockholm V-Neck Slipover version.

The Stockholm Slipover vest is worked from the top down. The back part of the yoke is worked first, then the shoulders and front and finally the two sections are joined for the body of the slipover. The Stockholm Slipover has slanting shoulders that create a very good fit and which are shaped using short rows. Rib edges are picked up and worked along the neck edge and armholes, and all the edges are finished with an Italian bind-off.

Nine Sizes: XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL (4XL) 5XL
Sizes are intended for a bust circumference of approx. 80-85 (85-90) 90-95 (95-100) 100-110 (110-120) 120-130 (130-140) 140-150 cm

Designed to have approximately 6cm positive ease, meaning that the finished vest is 6cm larger than your chest measurement to ensure wearing comfort and enable you to wear clothing underneath the sweater.

Finished Measurement of Stockholm Slipover (approx):
Bust circumference: 91 (96) 100 (105) 116 (126) 136 (146) 156 cm
Back width incl. rib edges: 35 (35) 36 (38) 40 (41) 42 (42) 44 cm
Armhole depth: 22 (23) 24 (25) 26 (27) 29 (29) 31 cm
Total length measured mid back incl. neck rib edge: 53 (54) 55 (57) 58 (60) 62 (64) 65 cm

Gauge: 19 sts x 27 rows = 10cm square swatch in stocking stitch on 4.5mm needles. Begin by knitting a swatch to determine which needle size you need to achieve the correct gauge – it is important for the shoulder width of the design to achieve the correct gauge.

Suggested Knitting Needles: Circular needles: 4.5mm  60 and 80 or 100 cm and 3.5mm  40 and 80 or 100cm

This is a printed knitting pattern by global favourite designer, Mette Wendelboe Okkels of PetiteKnit.

Essential for road tripping and camping in British Columbia.
Format: Spiral-bound
Just what we needed for a road trip with our truck camper to British Columbia and home by way of Jasper and Banff--the unexpected bonus was maps of that western part of Alberta that included the areas around Jasper and Banff. The provincial and regional parks are numerous; it is difficult to find hiking guidebooks for areas besides near Victoria. This Benchmark book has it all to help us find camping (even dispersed on public lands) and hiking and will help us narrow down any searches we might need to do on the web. This gets added to our growing collection of Benchmark and Delorme map books for the western US states.

Another fine Benchmark Atlas.
Format: Spiral-bound
We travel a lot and own 6 benchmark atlases now. They're the finest on the market and include camping and fishing information and show the forest service and other backroads. What's special about the British Columbia atlas is that it is spiral bound. I just replaced my Oregon atlas after 20 years because the cover had ripped up and torn off and the pages were falling out. I hope they will all be spiral bound from now on.

When you need to see where you are
Format: Spiral-bound
I love these maps and own quite a few. Easy to use, big picture or more detailed sections. Very useful despite google maps.

Another good Benchmark Atlas
Format: Spiral-bound
We camp frequently and own all of the Benchmark Atlases. Although, this is different due to Canadian laws, we are excited to try it out! Very detailed with information, such as small campgrounds and identifying land ownership (Forest services or BLM)
