Please note for shears returned for any reason other than a manufacturing defect, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. It is important to note that we do not accept used shears for return. Shears must be returned in their original, unused condition, including all packaging materials and accessories. Returning shears that do not meet the above conditions may result in the refusal of the return or additional charges.
