Đây là loại dầu mè được sản xuất bởi F&S VN - công ty chuyên xuất khẩu bột mè rang, dầu mè rang cho thị trường Nhật Bản, Hàn Quốc..., được rất nhiều đầu bếp tin dùng và đánh giá tích cực. Quan trọng là có giá thành cực kì ưu đãi, nguồn hàng dồi dào, sẵn sàng cung ứng khắp mọi nơi.

Dầu mè Light F&S được làm từ sự kết hợp giữa dầu mè và dầu đậu nành tinh luyện theo tỉ lệ pha trộn hoàn hảo mang đến loại dầu mè Light có công dụng đa năng.

Trong đó, dầu mè được ép từ những hạt mè rang nhập khẩu từ Châu Phi, trải qua quá trình lắng và lọc nhiều lớp để cho ra dầu mè thơm. Chỉ cần cho một lượng nhỏ cũng đủ tạo ra hương thơm quyến rũ cho món ăn.

Dầu mè có vai trò như là một chất tăng cường hương vị cho vào thêm trong quá trình nấu ăn giúp món ăn trở nên thơm ngon và hấp dẫn hơn. Có thể dùng trực tiếp dầu mè lên một số món mà không cần phải trải qua chế biến nhiệt như trộn salad, làm bánh, ăn trực tiếp với cơm, cháo, ướp món ăn…hoặc pha làm sốt trộn, chấm không chỉ làm tăng thêm hương vị mà còn góp phần tạo thêm độ mượt và bóng cho các loại sốt.

Chính vì thế mà các món ăn nổi tiếng ở Hàn Quốc như miến trộn (Japchae), cơm trộn (bibimbap), bánh hành (pajeon)...thường được các đầu bếp cho thêm vào một ít seasame oil nhằm mang đến một mùi vị đặc biệt, khó trộn lẫn vào đâu được, làm cho cả người dân bản xứ và du khách nước ngoài đều phải thích thú!

It has a dark green tint which makes the product give its deep rich glow which is good for some medium toned to darker tone flesh colors. The effect is as though you’ve been in the sun deep in the tropics near the equator getting a daily golden caramel baked glow from some strong sun rays for a couple weeks. Works great and could be used for other than face in a pinch if needed...though you’ll probably want to buy a bigger bottle first because you’ll love it!!

Works great - don't let the dark color freak you out

I am a reasonably fair skinned Caucasian person whose body can become moderately tan but my face does not, just burns and freckles. I don't tan my face at all and require a self tanner that makes my face color match my body. I have tried many expensive ones, and this is the best and most reasonably priced I have found. The stain works almost immediately and dries quickly so you have to work fast to smooth it evenly over your face. I skip the step of wearing a glove to apply and wash my hands immediately afterward but usually have to scrub with a wash cloth to get the color off. if you wait several minutes, you can add another layer to deepen the color (wash hands in between layers) but I use a generous amount with the first application so I usually don't have to. Most of the other facial self tanners I have tried have not been dark enough, even with multiple applications. This gives you a noticeable tan with just one application. Warning: it comes out of the bottle very alarmingly dark but it won't be dark like that after you apply it.
