Formed by guitarist/vocalist Noel Redding while he was still playing bass in a little group called The Jimi Hendrix Experience, Fat Mattress released their debut in late 1969 on Polydor. Though Noel's more famous group was known for it's hard edged psychedelic rock, Fat Mattress instead opted for the breezier side of things, with a distinct West Coast folk-rock bent. Drawing comparisons to Love, the Buffalo Springfield, and The Byrds, Fat Mattress is harmony-heavy and tuneful psychedelia. Though it was well received by critics at the time, sales were slow and Redding soon left the group. In the intervening years, though, Fat Mattress's fantastic debut has come to be known as a lost classic of psychedelic rock and this high-quality gatefold 180-gram LP reissue is a welcome relief from high-priced originals. Essential for fans of both Jimi Hendrix and psychedelic folk-rock.

Not sure yet?
Only have had these for 24 hours but also purchased a couple other chew toys from Amazon as well and all were delivered at the same time. Point being that my #60 silver lab was trading off between all of them and after 2 hours only you can see little shards of plastic sticking up from these chews. Not sure how long these will last before having to throw them away but they are pretty nice and feel heavy and durable. So many of these companies claim they are “indestructible” but all 4 I purchased have little plastic pieces sticking up already. Even my #14 Shih Tzu enjoyed trying to chew these and it kept her busy even though they are for larger dogs.

Golden approved
My golden retriever’s really enjoy these chew toys. They are pretty durable and last awhile. They are hard plastic but they do get rough edges after they’ve been chewed in for awhile

My dogs loved them! Keeps them entertained for a few mins. You can also fill with PB and freeze. Or yogurt and freeze. Great for the doggos
