It is distinguished from other plants by an exceptional concentration of chlorophyll (3 to 5%), hence its remarkable detoxifying power very appreciated which stimulates, among others, liver activity. It has a high percentage of protein (about 50%) and contains a significant proportion of antioxidants that inhibit the oxidation of cells.

Usage 

Adults: take 1-2 tbsp 1-2 times a day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or other natural health products. Mix with organic fruit or apple juice, in your smoothie or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Drink a lot of water. Store in a dark, dry and cool place.

For a goal of health prevention, nutritionists recommend to take 3 to 5 g per day. For optimized effects, it is recommended to consume it for at least 3 months. Chlorella and Spirulina can be consumed alternately or alone to better suit your needs.
