When the police struggle to find a person of interest, Dr. Reuben embarks on a comprehensive upgrade to her home, including the addition of clinical equipment to her basement. Two years later when Dr. Reuben is awakened by a man in her bedroom seeking to impose upon her the same fate that befell her daughter she subdues the man drags him to her basement. What follows is a tale of revenge and justice that challenges the often overlooked subject of sexual violence.

About the Author

George Marecheau was born in Grenada, West Indies. He immigrated to England in 1955 and in 1962 graduated from the University of London, with a bachelor’s degree in economics. His work history includes: accountant in the finance department of the city of Manchester, England; managing director of Agricultural Bank, Grenada; operations controller and software programmer with Comshare, Inc. (United Kingdom). In 1967, Mr. Marecheau was awarded a United Nations fellowship to study the economic development of developing countries. For the purpose of the study, he travelled to Denmark, the Soviet Union, France, and Switzerland. Mr. Marecheau immigrated to the United States in 1985 and is now a resident of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

I bought these because I ran out of Curology patches that I got with the free trial. These work similarly; you’ll need one or two patches to fully get rid of the pimple— it depends on how large & inflamed it is. Even if you need two the first patch will still a do a good job of draining most the gross fluid out. I like that these are more translucent/transparent than some other brands I’ve seen. They’re not obnoxious looking if you’re wearing one or two in the daytime. The adhesion has been great so far. I’ve tried it on bare and moisturized skin and either way it holds up. Once it’s been stuck in place for a few minutes you can apply a moisturizer on your face OVER the patches without them slipping off. Just use a gentle touch. There’s probably cheaper pimple patches from smaller brands but $4.49 (before tax) is definitely a reasonable cost for 30 patches So I gave it 4 stars for value for money. My only qualm is that the small size pimple patches could stand to be at least slightly bigger. Only new closed comedones that are just forming are that small (typically). Otherwise I’m satisfied with this purchase.
