Alberto Fabiani was a well-received Italian designer, rising to fame in the 1950s. He was known for his classic designs and flattering silhouettes. Interestingly, he married one of his contemporaries, Simonneta Visconti, previously Duchessa Simonetta Colona di Cesaro.
