The Bovine (ANXA2) Annexin A2 ELISA Kit measures Annexin A2 in Bovine samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Bovine ANXA2 antibody. ANXA2 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Bovine ANXA2 Antibody is added and binds to ANXA2 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated ANXA2 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Bovine ANXA2. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

I am quite impressed with this shirt. It fits well and was priced great. Be forewarned though it does wrinkle. You almost have to iron it each time you wear it. The shirt fits really well though given the fact it is cheap it fits me perfectly. I stand at 6'2" and am 230 pounds. It runs true to size. The fabric is not very thick yet it is not very breathable either. The shirt is lightweight but not much of a breeze flows through the shirt. It is for work and I did not want to spend a ton of money on a shirt that may get ruined or messed up. So far it is holding up quite well and I foresee it being durable for years if I take care of it. It is cotton or feels like cotton which is nice because it is getting more difficult to find a shirt which is not some type of synthetic fabric. It will keep you warm on chillier days but there is a good chance you could be overheated on the warmer days.
