The AoIP22M is a rugged unit, designed for broadcast, theatre and location applications. It can be used as a 2 input, 2 output device between analogue audio and Dante/AES67 network audio. The AoIP22M can also be used as a 2 channel mic amp into Dante/AES67 with 2 analogue return channels from the network. PoE power means that only a single cable is needed to connect to the network to carry both audio and power. USB C power is also available for plug top USB supplies or using USB power bricks.
The network can operate from 44.1-96 kHz using Dante, or 48kHz on AES67.
Mic or Line Inputs
The two analogue inputs are on XLR connections and can be switched independently between mic or line level. 48v phantom power can be selected separately per input, and is indicated as active on the front panel.
Secure Gain Adjusts
Each input has the gain adjust on a small, spring loaded pot. Pushing it in releases it into the adjust position, and when the level is set, it can be pushed back flush to the front panel to avoid accidental adjustment.
7 Segment PPM Meters
Each input has a three colour, 7 LED PPM meter to help with the correct setting of input gain level.
Adjustable Line Up Levels For Worldwide Standards
Output levels can be set with different firmware to be -18dBfs, -20dBfs, or -24dBfs.
The AoIP22M is digitally controlled. This allows us to have additional functionality that can be easily selected with the front panel switches. The switch function is detailed on the top panel as shown above.
Dante Mic Amp & Analogue Mic Amp
The output of each mic amp can be separately selected in two modes of operation:
- Mic In
In this mode the output is the line level of the mic input. In other words, the channel is operating as a normal analogue microphone amplifier.
- Dante
In this mode the output is the line level return audio from the Dante network.
3 x High Pass Filter (HPF) Settings
A high pass filter is selectable on each input channel and can be set at 20Hz, 30Hz or 60Hz. This is particularly useful when the AoIP22M is being used as a mic amp as it reduces the audio level below the filter point.
3 x Compressor Settings (applicable in mic and line mode)
- Off
Clean input with no compressor.
- Soft
When set to ‘soft’ the AoIP22M uses the Glensound Referee compressor. The Referee compressor does not affect the overall dynamics of the input like a traditional compressor. It only becomes active as the input signal approaches clipping, at which point a progressively curved compressor is applied. The compression gets harder and harder up to the clip point to prevent clipping from occurring.
- Hard
A hard compressor at a ratio of 4:1.
Ethernet Connection
Halo EtherCON
The AoIP22M uses the latest Neutrik Halo EtherCON connector for the network connection. This is a standard XLR size and allows the connection of standard RJ45 network cables, as well as the more secure locking EtherCON plugs.
The outer ring of the EtherCON shows power and data traffic via its LED ring, without the need for separate LED indicator lights.
Power Options
- Power Over Ethernet (PoE)
The AoIP22M can be powered via its network connection when connected to a PoE switch. It can also receive power from a mid span PoE injector if the switch being used does not have PoE.
- USB C
A 5V, 3A USB C input can also power the AoIP22M. This can be via a USB C plug top power supply, a PC, or a USB power bank, making the AoIP22M truly portable.
The AoIP22M Case
Two Part Extruded Enclosure
Using an extruded aluminium enclosure for the body of the AoIP22M makes it extremely strong and resistant to knocks and crush damage.
Custom Made End Bumpers
The end bumpers were custom made to provide the functionality that is expected from small Glensound units:
- Protection
As the end bumpers are oversized, they provide a high degree of protection for all corners of the unit should it be dropped.
- Standing
The bumpers mean that the AoIP22M can stand flat on its end if required.
- Mounting
The AoIP22M provides fixing holes on the corners to allow mounting underdesks or on the inside of racks. These mounting holes are also often used as cable tie down points for easy temporary fixing.

Smooth as a Kazakh Goat's Milk! Very Nice!
Style: Sport
Wa wa wee wa! I recently use the Cleanlogic Soap Saver Exfoliator, and let me tell you, it is very nice! My wife, she say my skin now feel like a silky milk of a Kazakhstani goat, yes? The exfoliator, it rubs away the dirt like it owes money to my brother Bilo! The soap saver is genius—no more dropping soap like slippery American politician drop the truth! You put the soap in, scrub-a-dub, and poof! Clean like a baby after his first bath in the glorious Aral Sea (before it disappear, very sad).
Also, it make shower time much longer—good for avoiding wife! High five! Perfect for the hardworking man who want to feel smooth like a freshly peeled potato. I give this five thumbs up! Jagshemash!

Very nice
Style: Sport
My husband and I both enjoy these soap savers. We don't find them to be too abrasive and I have sensitive skin. It dries between uses and works as expected.
Unfortunately, we met a quality issue when the thinner side of his soap bag ripped within a month. Disappointing. I've deducted 2 stars for this reason.

Looked for this for quite a while
Style: Bath And Body, Size: 3 Count (Pack of 1)
There are a lot of "Japanese style" exfoliating scrubber "cloth" kind of products around Amazon, and at local grocery and drug stores. Most of them are pretty cheap in construction. One layer, thin, and before long they tend to start coming apart at the edges, leaving long plastic threads everywhere. Strangely, even though they are very thin once you unfold them, they have the ability to retain water droplets in the gaps in the material and stay kind of damp for longer than you might expect. Part of the problem, I think, is that the material is so light that it's difficult to "snap" it well enough to shake the water droplets out of the material. Surface tension holds the tiny droplets between the threads.
Anyway, one day I found an exfoliating cloth at the local grocery store, and it was unusually thick and luxurious, and double layered, and nicely sewn at the edges/ends. Although I did not realize at the time that its construction was so unusual. It creates a very thick scrubber full of lather when you scrunch it up, but you can also unfold it and stretch it into a back scrubber. Just like the cheaper versions you can find everywhere, but with a better ability to hold onto lathered soap or body wash, even when it's unfolded.
I kept looking for something similar to take with me on trips, because I really liked using it at home. But the cheapo exfoliating cloths I found were all pretty thin and flimsy by comparison. I found a set of cloths that looked kind of similar, but they were very small, and still pretty thin. I looked at the cloth and it had a Cleanlogic tag on it, so I looked for something similar. At the store they had an even bigger/thicker version of Cleanlogic product, with a loop of rope on either end. It's nice for home use, and even easier to use as a huge back scrubber.
But I wanted something similar to this moderately thick, stretchy exfoliating cloth that I had found at the store much earlier. Thicker than most of the exfoliating cloths on the market, but still compact enough to pack up in a toiletry kit without taking up too much room.
Turns out, it was this. Except it wasn't a three-pack. Haven't found a single-pack. So this may seem a bit steeply priced compared to competing products, but you do get three very substantial cloths that should last a long time.
The thing about this exact product is that its thickness and weight allows it to be swung around when it's wet (fold it in half lengthwise first) and you can get most of the moisture out. First, hold it by the ends folded in half, then hold it by the middle and swing it around again for a few seconds, as fast as you can. You'll find it quickly gets much lighter, as the water gets pulled out by centrifugal force. Do a few snaps while holding the middle, and a few snaps while holding the ends together. It will be mostly dry already, and will end up drying just about as quickly as the cheapo plastic cloths do.
You may think with the extra thickness that it might be difficult to rinse the soap out when you're done with it. But I haven't found that to be the case. It's about as easy to rinse out as the cheapo variety of exfoliating cloths. Hold it up in front of the shower head, let the water push out the soap and gunk, pull it through your mostly closed hand to wring out the water, and repeat a couple of times. It will be perfectly clean, ready for swinging and snapping the remaining water out.
Because of the sewn edges, this won't easily come unraveled or shed, and it's frankly more exfoliating and effective at cleaning anything and everything than the cheapo packs of exfoliating cloths you'll find everywhere. Really glad it had a tag on it with the brand so I could find a new one to travel with. I haven't seen any other brand make them quite this way, after scouring every similar product on Amazon. And yes, the tag is still there even after the cloth has been used extensively. They seem to be pretty durable.
The "cloth" form factor is nice because it can scrunch up and be like a sponge, like those poofy body scrubber balls you see everywhere, or fold up or wrap around a hand like an exfoliating glove, or stretch into a back scrubber. But also because unlike thick exfoliating "sponge" form factors that can't change, the cloths have a much better ability to dry out quickly and avoid promoting the growth of bacteria. Very important for something you may need to pack away in luggage for an extended period, shortly after showering.

I love these things— great for exfoliation. I like them for travelling as well because they’re much easier to fully wrong out than a typical washcloth or loofa.

I’ve been using these wash cloths for many years. I am someone who suffers from occasional body acne and I feel like these do a good job of removing dead skin and oils from off my body to reduce future skin breakouts.
