Description

This stylish Italian-designed dual-height table in olive is strong and durable. The table top has an interesting perforated hole pattern with a matt and slightly textured finish. The table has a central weighted pedestal and three-spoke legs for stability. Designed for use outside or in, it is lightweight allowing the table to be moved around as desired.

This bistro table is suited for 2 and great for any location, balconies included. Two pedestal sections are included to make either a low or standard-height table. Manufactured in Italy from a high-quality mould using glass-fibre reinforced resin the table has integrated UV inhibitors and is low maintenance, simply wipe down with a cloth when required.

The table arrives flat-packed and the pedestal has an unseen metal rod through its centre for stability. Assembly is easy, and no fittings are required.

The stylish Italian-designed Doga Relax armchair in olive is strong and durable. The low seating position makes this a great chair for relaxing in after a hard day. The seat and back sections have a slatted design and the chair has a matt, slightly textured finish. Manufactured using a high-quality mould the glass fibre and resin have UV inhibitors added. It is low maintenance, simply wipe down with a cloth when required, and requires zero assembly.

So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

It was repetitive at times as well as struggled with telling not showing. So we didn’t always feel like we were experiencing things with the main character.
