The album opens with the devastating one-two punch of the cinematic "California"-which instantly takes it's place alongside such latter-day Cali classics as Tom Petty's "Free Fallin'," David & David's "Welcome to the Boomtown," Beck's "Earthquake Weather" and Mullins' own chart-topper "Lullaby"-and the smoldering, zeitgeist-capturing title track. In terms of their dramatic payloads, these two songs are of a piece, delving into the tattered yet resilient heart of the American Dream. The California setting, to which Mullins returns on "Tinseltown," functions as a microcosm of our collective journey from wide-eyed innocence through bitter experience to the possibility of personal and collective renewal. The thematic thread runs seamlessly into "Light You Up," with it's unsettling spoken verses-"Everybody wants the real deal/Everybody wants to cop a good feel/Everybody wants more money/Everybody wants a taste of your honey"-and intense choruses, as scorching as the San Fernando Valley in August, as Mullins reaches upward to break into his thrilling falsetto: "I just want to light you up/Light you up like a fire/I just want to turn you on/Turn you on and take you higher." Here, as elsewhere, a deeper perspective is embedded in the song's bridge, as Mullins sings, "Yeah this old world can bring you down/Turn your smile into a frown/Break your heart and make you sad/Drive you stark raving mad." Super stable, strong magnet, fast, charging Tesla screen mount

This is a great item. It’s adjustable annd attaches firmly and no tape no adhesive. I’ve been using it for several weeks now charges the phone very fast.. The phone has never fallen off of it. Not even close. Highly recommend this item.

Works great, but included cable is too short
Style: 15W Charger
The cable included is only about 3 feet long and has a USB-a plug. Teslas now have only USB-c outlets, so the cable is useless anyway. If the cable were 6’ long and type USB-c, it could be tucked under the molding and hidden. I had to get another cable to complete the installation. I like this mount/charger because it is nondestructive - it doesn’t use tape or glue to install. The magnet is strong and it charges my phone quickly.

Decent but magnet isn’t strong enough
Style: 15W Charger
Unit appears well made and I feel like it minimizes any potential damage to the screen. For me, magnet just wasn’t strong enough and I wasn’t a fan of the cable - would be nice if product had clips for cable management or something to give it a cleaner install. If it wasn’t for the magnet issue, I probably would have kept. Returned.

Really a nice product!
Style: 15W Charger, Style: 15W Charger
I wanted a nice magsafe charge/holder for my phone and I tried this one and so far, it's great.
Pros:
- It has a really nice-looking LED behind the magsafe holder which glows nicely, as you see in the pic.
- The plastic feels good, strong and (hopefully) not plastic that degrades and becomes brittle.
- The rubber bumpers which hold it in place under the mount against your display seem well-placed.
- It's fully adjustable between positions wherever you wish to mount it.
- You can mount your phone either above or to the side of the display on any corner which provides nice flexibility.
- I found it best on the upper right because on the left, the steering wheel obscures the phone and the two bottom corners aren't useful to me.
- The little knobs work well to hold it in place and tighten nicely.
Cons:
- The only problem is how the design has the cable visible and sticking out when it could have easily been designed to integrate into the little arm so it's hidden. As it is, the ugly, out of place and avoidable USB-C cable is visible which I don't like.
- You can rotate the holder to make the USB-C cable appear in front of the arm holder so it's less visible but it should have been avoided with a simple design modification and integrated USB cable for a more streamlined appearance.
In any case, this is a nice addition to my Model 3 Performance to hold my phone while I drive, out of the way while still charging.

Amazing iphone mount for Model Y.
Color: Upgraded Version - Gray
I was pleasantly surprised at how this phone mount worked for my purpose. I am a care driver and drive a Tesla Model Y. This mount perfectly fit the screen and my iphone doesn't come off even when I hit a pothole.
The best part of this mount is the price. One cannot find anything cheaper than this.
As for the function, this mount really fits the bill. Thumbs up!
