Bột tương đen Ottogi - Sự lựa chọn hoàn hảo cho các món jjajang!

Không cần cầu kỳ chế biến, học theo các công thức trên sách mạng bạn vẫn có thể nấu ra được một dĩa jjajangmyeon hay jjajangbap ngon hấp dẫn cùng với Bột tương đen Ottogi pha sẵn cực tiện lợi và dễ sử dụng.

Bột được làm từ những nguyên liệu chọc lọc kĩ, có màu nâu đen và nêm nếm gia vị vừa ăn. Chỉ cần pha với nước dựa trên tỉ lệ theo hướng dẫn sau đó chế biến cùng với các nguyên liệu khác là sẽ nhanh chóng một món jjajang chuẩn vị.

Vị thơm ngọt của chunjang xen lẫn một chút vị nhẵn đặc trưng hứa hẹn sẽ mang đến cho bạn nhiều món ăn thật hấp dẫn.

Thành phần: Bột lúa mì, bột tương đen jjajang (26.5%) (bột nhão đậu đen, nước tương đậu nành, chất chống đông vón (INS500(ii))), đường, bột gạo, muối i-ốt, bột hành tây, bột bắp, phẩm màu tổng hợp (INS150c), bột khoai tây, dầu nành, bột hành tây sấy rang, bột nước tương, chất điều vị (INS621, INS631, INS627), chiết xuất nấm men, đạm thực vật thủy phân

Hướng dẫn sử dụng (cho 4 phần ăn): Chuẩn bị các nguyên liệu như bột tương đen (100g), thịt bò hoặc thịt heo (150g), hành tây (300g), khoai tây (200g), cà rốt (70g), nước (700ml), tỏi, dầu ăn

  • Sau khi phi thơm tỏi băm với dầu ăn, cho lần lượt thịt và rau củ đã sơ chế và thái miếng vừa ăn vào xào sơ
  • Cho 700ml nước vào nấu cho đến khi nguyên liệu chín hẳn
  • Chỉnh lửa về nhỏ, cho từ từ bột tương đen vào khuấy đều rồi đợi sôi lại, nêm nếm lại cho vừa với khẩu vị của gia đình rồi tắt bếp
  • Cho hỗn hợp xốt tương đen lên cơm hoặc mì và thưởng thức
