The Human CCDC25 (Coiled-coil domain-containing protein 25) ELISA Kit measures CCDC25 in Human Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti CCDC25 antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with CCDC25 bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of CCDC25 in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

Best sunscreen ever!!!
This is the BEST SUNCREEN. It’s all we use-and I know, I know it’s expensive (standard is $30 a bottle) BUT it does go on sale quite often for like $20 ish which is what competitors run for and this is WAY cleaner. It’s made of a lot of organic ingredients and this one smells summery but they have unscented options too-that’s normally what I get! You can get spf 30 or 50 and they both work so well, never been burned wearing it. It’s a fine spray that goes on clear and dries quick-no white cast, no rubbing in. We live in a hot state that is sunny a lot of the year so we need a good sunscreen year round and this ticks all my boxes. This is the best product coola offers!! My entire family uses it.

I love this product. The size is perfect, it smells amazing, and my skin has no reaction to it whatsoever (aside from what it’s supposed to do). So just a little background, my mother is Caucasian- my father is African American. I can either get a sun burn or get super tan- all depends on what products I use while under the sun. In the past, low quality products have given me a sunburn over a period of long sun exposure. Contrary to that, high quality products require me to apply less and will prevent me from sunburns. I do have to reapply, depending how much sun exposure I am getting. I originally purchased this product for a week long trip to Mexico with my boyfriend. I only bought 2 bottles- and we spent A LOT of time on the beach/ getting sun. We both used the sunscreen and STILL HAD LEFTOVERS after our trip (half a bottle still full). In addition, neither of us got sunburns- he got a nice sun kissed glow and I got a tan! It is TSA carry-on approved, very lightweight, and easy to use. I would recommend this product to anyone who asks! 10/10 will repurchase again :-)
